DELTA DEL EBRO 3 DAYS

DAY 1: COSTA BLANCA – PEÑISCOLA

Early morning departure towards Peñiscola – stops en route. Arrival and free time to visit the city with its fish harbour, the 5 km long beach with its beautiful boulevard and the impressive castle which is located at the top of the rock. The castle which is completely walled in is surrounded by the sea on three of its sides. The rooms were build in the Roman and Gothic styles such as the conclave salon, the dungeon, the guards room, ect. Dinner and accommodation.

DAY 2: PEÑISCOLA – TARRAGONA – DELTA DEL EBRO – PEÑISCOLA

Breakfast and departure towards Tarragona. Arrival and visit of the city. This city was one of the most important Roman establishments located in Spain, with its Archaeological Pathway where we can admire its Roman necropolis, walls and amphitheatre, and to end with its Gothic Cathedral. Free time. Return towards Peñiscola with a stop at the Delta del Ebro, possibility to take a boat trip of the delta formed by rice fields, lagoons and dunes. Return to Peñiscola, dinner and accommodation.

DAY 3: PEÑISCOLA – MORELLA – COSTA BLANCA

Breakfast and departure towards Morella located in the interior. Arrival and visit of this medieval city. The old town is completely surrounded by city walls. Highlights of the city are its medieval gates, Iglesia de Santa Maria, ethnological museum and the Palacio del Ayuntamiento. Free time. In the afternoon return towards the Costa Blanca. Arrival and end of our services.
